About Us

In my 13 years in the food service industry I have had the unique pleasure in working some of the finest restaurants in the San Francisco Bay area.

After graduating from the California Culinary Academy of San Francisco, I spent over 3 years as Executive Sous Chef at Fog City Diner. I then went to work as Sous Chef at Delfina, a highly successful Italian restaurant in San Francisco.

After 5 years at Delfina, I went on to open Pizzeria Delfina. As Chef de Cuisine, I worked closely with the owners to open a successful and profitable business.

After Delfina, I moved on to work at other great restaurants in San Francisco such as Range and Incanto, which truly rounded out my incredible experience in the city. I am excited to bring my experience to Azzurro Pizzeria and the Napa Valley.

Spare time? Well, when I have it, I like Pina Coladas and getting caught in the rain...I also enjoy watching and playing soccer and cricket.
